An example morning read, as the page shows it: Saturday, 6:48 a.m. Recovery 58, Steady. Today's call: Easy, 6 to 8 miles. Week 9 of 16, build phase. The coach's note: "Normal day. Sleep ran a little short, nothing else stands out. Keep it around 9:00 to 9:30."

Why Ruvo

One call, not a wall of numbers.

What your watch gives you

A grid of a dozen raw numbers: heart rates, paces, step counts, percentages.

What Ruvo gives you

One call for today, "Easy, 6 to 8 miles", with your recovery ring beside it.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself.

  1. Connect Garmin

One sign in. Your history loads, then stays current.

  2. It tunes to you

Your baseline comes from your own training, not a population average. Ready from your first morning.

  3. You get the call

One session for today, with the evidence behind it.

What you get

The read, and the working behind it.

  • Recovery Index

How recovered you are today, measured against your own history.

  • Recovery Drivers

What helped. What held you back.

  • Load balance

Ramping too fast, or sitting flat. Every sport counts, not just the runs.

  • Today's session

Every session has a purpose, tuned to where you are and what you're working toward.

  • The coach

Ask anything. It answers from your data, not a textbook.

  • Your routes

Every mile you've run, brightest where you run most.

The coach

Ask it. It shows its work.

Ask it anything about your training. It answers from your own data, shows what it checked to get there, and remembers what you tell it. Same numbers as your dashboard, so the two never disagree.

An example exchange from the page. The athlete asks: "Can I still do my tempo today?" The coach checks today, reads recovery, reads training load, then answers: "Yes, with a guardrail. 4 at tempo inside an easy 8, around 7:10 to 7:20. Three good nights and last week landed where it should. If the first rep fights you, drop to easy and we look at it again tomorrow. How did Sunday leave the legs?"

How it coaches

A coach, not a scoreboard.

  • Injured? It adapts.

It coaches the recovery around what you can still do, tracks how long you've been dealing with it, and keeps your race goal in play.

  • You work together

It makes the call and shows why, then adapts when you see it differently. It's here to work with you, not order you around.

  • It says when it doesn't know

A thin day gets a straight answer and a guardrail, not a confident number.
